On arrival, they wanted us to pay AGAIN and say we would get a refund for the first payment (voided our order but still took my money). That makes no sense. They can pull the money instantly but we wont see a refund for a long time. Thanks Subway for ruining our day

- KSKrista StevensJul 17, 20251.0I went to lunch there today with my family, staff was very rude not just to me but also my 6 yr old daughter! they had low veggies, they were out of everything, they didn’t even give me the bread I wanted, when I went to go pay the lady rolled her eyes, kept huffing and puffing because I had coupons, and because she had to type in the coupons “manually” how is that my fault! The part that made me very mad was when they were rude to my daughter!!! This location has no manners bd definitely need new people or better management to care for the customers!!

Workers got very rude towards me when I asked why they didn’t answer the phone so I could cancel my order as I work on the West side, very inconvenience to drive across town as I’m on the clock. Do better for the employees and managers no matter if they’re being trained or left alone, there should be more than 1!!! Person working the store. Absolutely disgusting
