The Manager there now Shevon is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. SHE FORCES HER CUSTOMERS AT THE DRIVE THROUGH TO WAIT FOREVER.

Unfortunately, every time I seem to go there, they never have the order correct.This is the second time now that I have not received my ice cream sundays.I've ordered and it took me multiple times to get the correct drink order.Albeit the crew is great and tries the best.Unfortunately, I never get what I pay for and it's extremely hard to get reimbursed

Ordered 2 drinks on the mobile app. Decided to wait in the parking space with the menu screen. Waited about 20 minutes and my drinks weren’t ready apparently, even though on the screen it said someone was coming out with my order. Waited an additional 10 minutes.. They weren’t serving other customers. I called and this lady snapped at me before I could even explain my issue, she said “Yes they are ready, i’m the only one here but you can come through the drive thru and get them”. Decided to go through the drive thru, saw that there was another employee working, while i’m sitting waiting in the drive thru. Another employee walks a mobile order that’s parked, they had 4 drinks… So maybe do a little better. Instead of snapping at a customer who’d been waiting for 20+ minutes on their order, apologize and do better at customer service or don’t work in fast food at all. Apparently you can learn a thing or two.
