I came here to get a couple things for Thanksgiving and they have all these really good deals posted but you have to download digital coupons. I did everything right on my part downloading the coupons I Even had a staff member look it over to make sure I was doing it right before I checked out. But for some reason whenever you scan a digital coupon at this particular store it almost never goes through you will not get the discount so you really got to watch your receipt when you check out. Then once I found the mistake I talked to one lady who had about 30 piercings in her face she was extremely rude with me and when the other manager came up he explained to me that she was having a bad day. He was also very unprofessional with me and he had a smirk on his face the whole time finally the store manager came and he did make things right but by the time all this had gone by and have been over an hour My ham was warm not to mention I have been sitting there fighting with them for an hour just to get the $5 that they owed me! They gave me a $5 coupon to make things right but that does not make up for the hour of time that it took for them! Unfortunately this is why more people are going to Walmart you don't have to deal with any of that you might have to deal with rude staff but at least you know what you're paying for before you get to the register. That used to be the one thing stores like this had over Walmart was their friendly staff but not at Safeway not anymore I'll never shop at a Safeway ever again even with the $5 coupon they gave me.

There was a man begging for money at the driveway/entrance on the south side of the parking lot. Apparently, the management does not police the lot or go outside. From now on, I will only stop if absolutely necessary.
