The overall vibe feels more laid back, the folks working seem more chill, and Stephanie (the “mean old lady” haha, her joking words) was super nice and I saw and heard her interacting with other guests, many of whom she seemed to recognize which is always a lovely thing to see when employees recognize customers and can build that relationship with them. While we’ve never had true complaints at the southside location, we do prefer the north side one and will absolutely be back!
