  I ordered a salad with no protein and it was $12. I didn’t even get a bowl of salad. I got more of a very small cup size.

  For the last three times I have been to Panera in Rapid City. The service has been terrible. My husband and I went to the drive-through. We are halfway home and we opened the bag and realized that we had someone else’s order. I called spoke with the manager she said that was the fourth time that day that had happened. She would email me some coupons which she never did the second time my husband and and I were there for lunch and I ordered a bowl of soup and it was cold. I took it up to the window and I said this is cold. Could you warm it up and he replies there’s a microwave under the coffee Machines. The last time I was there three days ago I ordered a bagel with cream cheese. I got my bagel and coffee went out to the car opened it up and there was no cream cheese. I went back inside to the window and and I said I ordered cream cheese and the girl said very rudely. rudely. It wasn’t on the ticket. I said well I’ll go to the front cashier because she was struggling as she took my order. Maybe she didn’t put it on there. I’ll gladly pay for it and she handed me a thing of cream cheese no apology no nothing. I don’t think I’ll be back.

  All their food here is extremely good and tasty ESPECIALLY their soups and salads, I REALLY DON'T KNOW what these others are whining about but I would highly recommend Panera Bread , Panera Bread is top 3 for me, Like I said their soups and salads.

  Staff was friendly. Food just wasn't that good. Did the u pick 2. French Onion and grilled cheese. Grilled cheese was a weird texture. Everything was borderline unfavorable and just gross.

  Panera used to be a good, healthy, albeit pricy restaurant and take-out option. Now it is laughably bad. I paid $25 total for a "meh" sandwich and average-sized salad- a very similar meal cost me $17 or $18 when they first opened. The dining area looks like it hasn't been cleaned in a week. The checkout guy didn't say a word to me or give eye contact, but definitely managed to stare at me from the neck down with my literal husband standing right next to me. I guess jeans and a sweatshirt are really intriguing to some men, huh? Do better, Panera.
