My kitten thumper just recently had surgery with some pretty bad complications and I had come in later in the day than I normally do. I wasn’t sitting in my normal section but all my normal ladies came and asked about my kitten and how he was doing. You guys give truly amazing care and create a beautiful connection with your customers
