    Very unimpressed by this particular place. There were a total of 6 people waiting to get some kind of service or recognition in the building. The employees looked at us several times over a 10 minute wait and just took care of drive thru customers. There was no response until the people in front of me asked if the wait would be lessened if he went to the drive thru then came inside to eat afterwards. The attitude from the employees told me that I will not be a return customer at this particular place.

    Watch this Arbys, wanted to charge for glass of water with meal. Didn't pay the 2.29 for it.

    One of the worst experiences I have had. The gal who took our order definitely hates her job she was very rude. Ordered a side of cheddar cheese and they didn’t even fill the cup up half way took it back up there told me that’s all they put in the cups it was weighed out. That’s BS because it’s a 2 ounce cup and I didn’t even get that. My husband got a French tip and didn’t get the juice went back up to ask for it was an inconvenience for them to get it for him.

    Horrendous service. Go anywhere else to have people who actually care about the service they provide you. Literally anywhere else. McDonald’s is right across the street!!!

    Got a meat & 3 box and the crispy chicken sandwich was way under cooked. I called to let them know but it went to the answering machine twice. Hopefully they don't serve a bunch of them because they couldn't answer their phone and correct the issue.
