All the girls are so wonderful and always make sure your drinks are right. Ariel makes my drinks any time she's working and I'll tell you they taste amazing each time.

You get what you give, treat others as they treat you so I did and apparently she didn’t like it! Customer service is not her area of expertise! Do better!

I threw my drink away as I walked out only to be met by one of their employees outside who apologized for his co worker. He even told me shes been caught spitting in drinks but they wont get rid of her! Unreal Pierre!! Do better!!

This time she accused me of asking for extra shots of caramel and telling the staff not to charge me from yesterdays coffee. That didn’t happen. I ordered today, walked away and came back to her accusing me of not paying for the extra that I ordered. I didn’t ask for extra. She asked me to return the drink and she made a new one which tasted like straight water, it was literally white. I gave it back. She then proceeded to chew out her employee loud enough that we could hear her while checking out in the self checkout lane. She is the most unprofessional person I’ve met in quite some time. I don’t mind paying extra for things, I but to be confrontational right off the bat and then continue to be that way leaves a bad experience. I loved going there and all of the other staff are amazing. It really makes me not want to go back.
