  I used the app to order. I selected a pick up time which was 45 minutes away. The app said it was ready. When I got there I told the 2 girls working the front that I had a pick up order. They told me they had not even started my order. I was there 10 minutes after my pick up time due to my daughters soccer game taking longer. The reason they told me it was not ready is that didn't have time to make it. It was 55 minutes time frame they had. The girls gave me a nice eyeroll and told me they would get to it when they could. I told them okay but I want my tip back. They sighed at me with another dramatic eyeroll. I completely get that yes they could be busy but it does not take an hour and 15 minutes total to make a salad and 3 sandwiches. They forgot one of my kids cookies and all of the sandwiches were wrong. If you are going to have kids working maybe have an adult there to make sure things are going correctly or have more than 2 people working a dinner shift. I will not be going to this subway again.
