I've worked in fast food and I've never had so much screwed up orders in my life. I used to frequent this mcdonalds almost daily and the amount of times I've ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese mcgriddle to get a biscuit or a sausage mcgriddle, I've missed count. Or how I order a certain drink and get the wrong one! How is it that hard to read the damn paper look in the bag and make sure the correct things are in the bag???? It's lazy and horrible management! Especially when there is no line and its not really busy and you still screw up! I gave second, third, fourth, fifth, damn ten or more chances and this is it. This location is a joke!

I asked the young man on the DT speaker if they have to be English muffins like the picture on the side of their building or if they could be biscuits and he honestly couldn't tell me and didn't know. He also didn't bother asking anybody else just ask me what I would like to order. So we drove off to get gas as we were passing through this town. We returned to this McDonald's 15 minutes later and it had switched at 11 AM from breakfast to lunch, which is great for my wife because she wanted a fish sandwich. They had removed the young man from taking orders and the young lady was nice enough and told us yes it could be biscuits or English muffins. I have to assume the young red haired man at the second window was the same kid who didn't know the answer 15 minutes prior to the breakfast question because he just starts handing food out the window like a robot with no people skills at all. It only took me asking three times for a packet of mayonnaise for the kid to understand me.
