I’ve always had a solid experience at Wendy's. The food consistently tastes fresh, especially compared to many other fast food places. Their burgers are juicy and made-to-order, and you can really tell the difference with the fresh, never frozen beef. The toppings are crisp, and everything feels like it was put together with care rather than rushed.
The fries are another highlight—hot, salty, and perfectly crispy when served fresh. I also appreciate the variety on the menu, from classic burgers and chicken sandwiches to baked potatoes and chili, which gives more options than the typical fast food spot. Their Frosty is always a favorite and makes for a great dessert or even something to dip fries into.
Customer service has generally been friendly and efficient. Even during busy lunch hours, the staff works quickly to keep the line moving. The dining area is usually clean and comfortable, making it a decent place to sit down and enjoy a quick meal.

The sign on the door says lobby open till 10 pm. When we got there all doors were closed and it was only 9:18 pm!

I have gone here several times. (Months in between visits.) It always takes forever, and my order is almost always wrong.
Tonight I went through the drive through. It took them 25 minutes to get my order wrong and get it out to me. I was the only one in the drive through at just after 9PM.
I ordered two Jr. Cheeseburger Deluxe no mayo, mustard, or ketchup (because if I don't ask for no condiments they douse it in all of them and it's impossible to eat without wearing it), a Dave's Double combo with a baked potato, with a large orange cream soda, and a second large orange cream soda. My order did not come up on the screen, and the kid taking my order was so quiet I could barely hear him. Maybe he tried to confirm my order and gave me a total? I have no idea.
When I got to the window, I again did not get a total, and handed him my card and received a medium and a large drink. I pointed out they should both be large and they rectified that. When I got my food, in the bag was three Dave's Double burgers and french fries.
Checking my receipt, I was charged for what I received, except I was also charged for the baked potato I did not receive. The total was $32 and change for what should have been an order under $20. I didn't have time to go back because I had to get to work, and I had already wasted almost a half an hour waiting for them to mess up my order. Again.
It has been this way since they opened, and, as far as I know, have done absolutely nothing to improve. This is the last time this poorly run excuse for a business gets my money.
