  Terrible customer service, walked in around 9:45 P.M. to order something to eat and the cashier lady was moping the floor pretending like she didn't see us standing there to order food, she then puts the mop down walks by us sighing so we just turned around and didn't even place a order. Went down the road to Wendy's and was treated nicely by their employees, I recommend not to eat at this arbys!

  Spent over $40.00 on our meals. Paid $13.80 for a Smokehouse Brisket. Here is a picture of what I received and a picture of what they are supposed to be. 3 small slices of meat? I would have returned to the store but I was on my way home and was already 15 miles out of town. I understand that times are tough, but this doesn't even come close to almost $14.00

  this is the second time i've gotten a VERY little amount of au ju. nightshift always makes sure i have enough but, mornings always give me the littlest amount. sucks because french dips are my favorite but now i don't even want to go back.
