I approached him very respectfully through the phone call just to be talked to crazy. Heard from lots of people that he is a rude person and manger, treats staff poorly infront of customers. Will not be eating at this location no more.

The sandwiches always get switched around, the toppings are either too little or too much and they panic if you ask to change it. You have to specify multiple times if you want your sandwich toasted. And just today, I ordered from them online and got someone else's sandwich.
