  I put in an order on a mobile app and I pulled up and it still took 10 minutes to get our food after we told them our order number. I asked what the purpose of having a mobile app is if they weren't going to make it right away and they said that they don't place the order or they don't cook the order until after you give them your order number

  Wrong drinks, almost 30 min wait time. Basic order 3 double cheese and 2 coffees. Burgers didn't have ketchup, dry burgers. Most worthless McDonald's experience ever. Will not return.

  Every time I drive through here, most of the time I go to the first drive-through. For some reason, they'll always do the second drive-through first and the next three cars behind them before they'll even take my order. I was here first, why aren't you taking my order before first? I know nothing's wrong with the speaker especially considering that you took the person's order in front of me no problem. I'd be more forgiving had this been a one time thing, but this has happened multiple times before. I don't even know why I still come here.

  By far the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. Barely any salt on fries so couldn't even taste them. Burger was also completely flavorless. Not sure how that's possible in a food chain that has the same supply as other McDonald's but the worst part was all the cussing from the staff in the kitchen that everyone in the restaurant could hear.
