  25 minutes later never got my food. Talked to Colby who unfortunately stated “the amount of time you just spent talking to me I could’ve been working in your order”. So the 25 minutes up to that point no one was working on my order? Have to now wait 1-7 business days for a refund since they completed the order even though not done. Colby stated they’re still new and that’s just what it is. Watched multiple people leave without in that time and a strong Harrisburg General page with more not happy at all customers. Rough is an understatement here….

  The last few times we've ordered from here, it has not been as expected. There is always something missing, something that shouldn't be there, or the wait is incredibly long during off-peak hours. We waited 10 minutes at the third window for our food, and our food was not fresh. Part of our order included a Big Mac with no lettuce and extra pickle. Instead we received lettuce and no pickle. Steps should be taken to ensure that ticket descriptions are accurate.

  ​22-minute wait for a mobile order with an empty drive-thru. Got home to cold nuggets and missing items (sauce, seasonings, and the kids' apples). Major fail on both speed and accuracy.

  Slow!!! If I wanted to wait for 20mins to get my order I would went elsewhere. Only customer in store at the time. Crew spent more time talking then preparing my meal. Mumbled some excuse . I won't be back ever.

  Toilet sensor barely works, very ugly wall art, very bad service for a physical order. It's trying to be modern but it is really lacking. I hate where the future of fast food is going
