  Ordered 4 McDouble meals and waited about 10 minutes at the window with no line and no cars behind us. We were handed one large bag and one small bag, but there were no McDoubles in either bag. All of the fries were cold. We then had to wait another 5–10 minutes just to get the missing sandwiches because they were never made. Overall, a very frustrating experience with slow service and poor quality food.

  Review is based on the fact that this is a McDonald’s and not a Michelin Star restaurant I’ve been here a few times now and this is the best service I’ve gotten in a McDonald’s in a long time. The staff has always been very polite, friendly, and helpful. In my experience, the food is always fresh and hot and arrived quickly. I only wish they had a pop machine that we could get our own refills instead of asking.

  I honestly don’t know why this Mickey D’s has 1.4 star😳. The amount of time I was here (30min) I saw every Crew Member being very friendly & helpful. Let’s be honest is rare for McDonalds anymore… I saw a Crew Member coming out and wiping off the tables, which is very rare for McDonald’s (You know that!!) & and sweeping up the floor. I would definitely give this McDonald’s two thumbs up.👍👍. If you’re in the area, for sure stop in. I will be back and I HOPE they live up to their review.🥰

  I hope the owners can visit with the manager about helping the employees when they ask for it and need it, especially when they are new. Also helping employees with customer very easy orders. Customers don't need to get involved with other customers orders if the management would have handled the problem. Food was good.

  The owners of this McDonald’s are determined to make it succeed here in Harrisburg. I had a less than ideal experience one of my first times visiting, and reached out to let them know. They were both appreciative of the feedback and apologetic for my experience. That kind of customer service will definitely keep my coming back.
