  The only good thing at this establishment was the people in front of us in the drive through that we talked to. We sat in the drive through for 40 minutes at least and the service didn’t even apologize for the slow service. It is slow as molasses. My chocolate shake isn’t even mixed good it’s half vanilla and there was hardly any whip cream on top of it.

  I got one blizzard and ive been standing here for 40 minutes. I keep asking them if they're making it and they are saying their making it right now for the past 20 minutes. I do not recommend.

  Worst fast food establishment. Me and my husband arrived at 8 pm and they were not serving food only ice cream. Waited 10 minutes in line with only 1 person in front of us and for only serving ice cream that’s ridiculous. When I finally got my ice cream it was a mess when dipped into chocolate and napkins were on my cone to the point they were stuck onto the cone so I couldn’t finish it. My husband ordered sprinkles with his cone and only got a couple on top. I do not recommend coming to this Dairy Queen, it would be worth the drive to Sioux Falls 20 minutes out then to come here again.

  Not exactly sure why this DQ is still in business. I usually enjoy DQ but this one always has the slowest service, they dont sell any ice cream in pints or take out ice cream like other locations, any time I show up and ask for a seasonal blizzard, im always told "we aren't doing that flavor anymore", even if the promotion just started, and the food is always either overcooked or makes me ill, like, how can you mess up chicken tenders or a basic hamburger?? Definitely not worth the price or effort, better to just drive to one of the locations in sioux falls. I understand that this place is probably severly understaffed, so I dont really blame the employees too much, but the owner really needs to figure something out and do better, or shut the place down.
