So then they rushed to get my order done which would’ve been awesome if they got my order right. Not only did they not have my order up they didn’t even try and make it right after I had been sitting there waiting for about 40 minutes in total. Also no one was coming to the register. People were standing there waiting and only once someone came up to ask if what they needed.

Fifteen minutes later when the food finally arrived at our table, it was cold. Cold fries, cold McRib, etc. I requested fresh fries, only to be served more cold, limp fries. The staff doesn’t seem at all concerned that customers are leaving without ordering due to the long waits. Poor management at this restaurant.
- NNNick NeuharthNov 5, 20252.0Something has really gone downhill at McDonald's. Either your fries are fresh and the rest of the food is cold or vise versa. Service is decent depending on time. Atmosphere is non existent like every other place it sold it's soul and fun internal decor for profits.
