    Ordered at the kiosk then sat and waited for my food after 25-30 minutes I went up and asked about my order and they didn’t even have it. So then they rushed to get my order done which would’ve been awesome if they got my order right. Not only did they not have my order up they didn’t even try and make it right after I had been sitting there waiting for about 40 minutes in total. Also no one was coming to the register. People were standing there waiting and only once someone came up to ask if what they needed.

    We ordered and paid at the kiosk in the restaurant and took a number for them to bring us the food. Fifteen minutes later when the food finally arrived at our table, it was cold. Cold fries, cold McRib, etc. I requested fresh fries, only to be served more cold, limp fries. The staff doesn’t seem at all concerned that customers are leaving without ordering due to the long waits. Poor management at this restaurant.

    Something has really gone downhill at McDonald's. Either your fries are fresh and the rest of the food is cold or vise versa. Service is decent depending on time. Atmosphere is non existent like every other place it sold it's soul and fun internal decor for profits.

    You never know when this place will be open as the hours online are not correct. They will turn off all the lights with 6+ cars in line at the drive thru over 25+ min before the posted closing times. When they are open breakfast routinely takes 45+ min.
