    The team they had working today around 2:50 PM was excellent. I ordered through the app and arrived several minutes early to pickup my order, and it was already almost done. The lady I spoke to was super friendly and they had my food out super fast! My food stayed warm on the drive home, as they closed up the bag super nice, and my chocolate shake I ordered was thick and really good. It's been several years since I've gone to Arbys, but I'll definitely be back. Some of the best service I've had from a fast food place in a long time. 5 stars!

    I got the chicken wrap, tasty but small. Also, crinkle French fries which had zero salt or seasonings on them! So blah! I used drive thru. Hardly any customers and they were slow.
