Didn't get my pick up order correct. I called and asked for a refund for what was wrong. They said they could give me 4$ the burger was wrong the fries for both orders were old and gross. I would have expected to get at least the one meal refund after I sent 70$ there. I will not be back.

We sat at the bar, bartender looked at us and with food in her mouth told us shed be with us in a minute. We waited 10 minutes with no menu, not even water, watching her fill orders from tables. Understanding they were busy, but you still need to greet customers and at least get them drinks while you catch up. We ended up walking out and going somewhere else

We were seated almost immediately, but it took over 30 minutes for the server to know we were there. She claimed they added our table to her area without telling her. But for the rest of our meal we barely saw her. When she first approached the table we were ready to order but she would only take our drink orders. It took another 10 minutes to get our drinks during which time we still had not ordered. Once we did order it seemed to take a long time to get our food and one order was wrong. Not a huge deal. My daughter ordered potato wedges instead of fries. Then two orders of wedges came out within seconds of each other. They left one and took the other back. I like chicken wings but my bone-in wings were overcooked, dried out and so chewy they were hard to eat. I asked the server to look at them and she said they are always cooked that way. She offered to have them made again, but if that's the way they always are, why bother? And we had to wait unreasonably long to get my drink refilled. I don't feel like the server or the cooks cared about the job they were doing, just our money. Most of our food was alright, but for a wing themed restaurant to be bad at wings should be embarrassing. With the poor service on top of that, it's hard to justify bringing the family there for a meal. We arrived at 6:18pm and signed the receipt at 7:34pm. A 1 hour 16 minute ticket time is about 50 minutes longer than it should be. We were waiting on the restaurant, not the restaurant waiting on us. It was a Thursday night, busy when we first arrived but cleared out pretty quickly. By the time our food order went in, it was no longer busy in the restaurant.

We arrived after a cheer event for lunch. First I want to point out the broken door, completely off its hinges which posed as a severe safety hazard. They had it still propped up in place with chairs and a sign that said “please use other door.” The risk though, was that that door could still have fallen on anyone, including kids. Would recommend the door be removed completely until it’s fixed. They were very short staffed for a busy weekend. only 3 servers for a lunch rush. The manager helped her servers in the best way, I want to give her a shoutout. But over all service was slow, we waited over 45 minutes for only an appetizer sampler and a chicken wrap. We also waited a long time on refills. Both meals were wrong when brought to us. Missing the sliders on the sampler, wrong sauces, and our wrap was supposed to not have tomatoes. Along with the wait, they had to remake the wrap. Not because of the tomatoes, but because they had already let the first wrap sit too long and it was cold, then we still got the wrap with tomatoes. My husband also mentioned the bathrooms were not very well kept. Standing water/urine around the urinals, toilet paper and paper towels all over the floor, and some unknown debris in another urinal. I want to recognize the wait staffs efforts, I could tell they cared about their customers, but it was very poorly planned and organized. Food was still good and hot, just a long wait time, and wrong when brought out. I hope this was a one off experience.

We ordered delivery from the Brookings restaurant. We tend to order once a week or every two weeks as my kids really like BWW. I gave the restaurant a raving review the last time we ordered because we were shocked at the food being correct and arriving in a timely manner. Today was another reminder of the inconsistencies. Our delivery did not come with the drinks. One order of boneless wings had no sauce. The potato wedges should have come with cheese and bacon but did not, plus there was a burnt and decrepit onion ring with the wedges. Two orders of fries should have had salt and vinegar, but did not. Whoever was working the kitchen was phoning it in at best. I would rather wait longer for the right food than be delivered a fraction of what I ordered. Where is the quality control??? The boxes the food comes in even have stickers on them with the correct components. Beyond frustrated with the inconsistency in the food. It would be preferable to be mediocre at best, than to get whiplash from the inconsistencies.
