There are absolutely no disclosures posted that there is 3% on credit card charges . Yet nowhere is that posted or disclosed when they charged us . Then we call and a young girl answering the phone didn't know (HeHe) . Bye !

Nothing fresh on pizza service area. 4 breast pieces of chicken only to be filled by partially rewarmed previous chicken. Was not freshly prepared! Gravy over the top of the chicken couldn't even warm it up. Relatives in town for Easter weekend commented on decline of food quality at this location. Will be awhile before we try again - or for sure will order Buffet Your way at this location

- JJJaccob_Mar 2, 20262.0Pizza ranch is the ultimate lazy person food. Edible enough to satisfy but nothing you would ever go and get willingly. The pizza is doughy, the crust tastes like paper and the rest has so much oil that you have to use a napkin to soak it up half the time. The wings are okay at best but at least the dessert pizza is good. Usually the service is passable but this latest time I went with family the waiter didn't wring out the rag when cleaning so we were left with a soppy mess that we had to clean ourselves before we could sit. It also took a good while for our plates to get taken also, with us having 6 maybe 7 plates before they were picked up. The overall area inside is pretty crowded and the soda machine might be the single greatest cause for global warming with how much heat that thing puts off. Place has some redeemable aspects but isn't worth going 9/10 times.
