I meant for it to be fulfilled at the Hartford, SD location but it did not update the location of where I was currently at and instead used the location of where I last ordered. I called to cancel the order but was told that they would not refund because they already made it. I understand I should have double checked before placing the order. But most apps use current and closest location. I was almost 60 miles away so obviously not able to pick up my order. I would really like a refund as the meal probably fed employees so it wouldn’t go to waste. I was recently at the Beresford location (July 😎 where I had ordered a footlong meal and received only a 6”. I did not go in and complain or ask for any type of refund at that time. I extended grace in that situation. I would appreciate if the same could be done in this situation and have a refund provided for the order I was not able to pick up. Thank you.
