When I ordered a biggie bag with a Barq’s root beer I was misheard as a large root beer. When the price was a dollar more than I was expecting I asked about it. My mom was driving so she asked the person at the window and he insisted that we did order a large. My mom was trying to calmly explain the he must have misheard, but he kept interrupting saying that he didn’t need our business and that my mom (who was being very calm) should stop with her “attitude.” He was yelling at her, and then my mom did get annoyed and start yelling back that he needed to practice what he preached about attitudes. He wouldn’t let my mom finish a sentence. He then told us that he didn’t have to be nice to us just because we were customers. We had had enough and did end up asking for the manager because we were very done with being yelled at, and claimed that he was the manager. So in conclusion the customer service is awful and the wait in the drive thru is ridiculous and all for very mediocre food. I do not recommend this Wendy’s, but other locations have much better service.
