  The young man working tonight was wonderful. He brought out everyone's items and then followed up with us to make sure everything was good and to see if anyone needed anything else. Great customer service tonight because of him. Thank you.

  I hardly ever come on to write reviews but today I just had too, I’ve worked in the customer service (Bartending/Serving) for the last 10 years and I can count on one hand with how many times I’ve had EXCEPTIONAL service. We pulled in just to get a cherry limeade, it was moderately busy, the service was super quick and friendly, as we were driving out I realized the sprite was out so we pulled back in and I had let them know over the speaker and Chase made me another, however it didn’t taste like the sprite syrup had fully kicked in, he was so quick to offer any solution to help out! I asked him to surprise me with something and he come back out with a huge smile and a delicious drink! I really hope someone from corporate or a hire up takes a moment to look over this review and genuinely consider him a raise! He absolutely deserves it and he would be an employee I would NOT want to lose. Thank you Chase!!

  First time the wife and I were really disappointed. We ordered the smash burger meal. The burger had no lettuce or tomato on it. The fries were cold and all pieces. One of the sodas had no flavor limit ran out of syrup $22.00 not really worth it And we waited 30 at the drive through. Not good at all

  Could have been better burger. Took our order to the wrong car. Sign broken. Not the best, not the worst.

  Absolutely the worst experience ever. Sonic is going downhill fast. We ordered 2 drinks, a limeade and ocean water, and tater tots. The drinks were not made right, Absolutely the worst. The service was horrible. Asked about our order, and he said they were having issues and trying to get this gs in order.
