  My only complaint is I go in there a few times a month and every time i order tea it's always spoiled.

  I took my elderly mother to this subway after a long day. She’s in a wheel chair so I put her at a table and went up to order for her. The man that took my order said he was the owner. He was extremely rude. Made snide comments to and behind my back and argued with me about what cheese did or didn’t go best with my mother’s sub. When it came time to pick my cheese, I politely told him no cheese. He laughed and SURE you don’t eat cheese! There were so many things he said and did and I’m not even getting into half of it. The girl that worked there was so sweet and went above and beyond but the owner needs to be replaced! Don’t eat here!

  Haley had excellent customer service! My daughter was upset for not being able to get what she wanted to eat due to a computer glitch. Haley quickly fixed the situation and made my daughter’s day. Thank you for excellent customer service and caring for my girl! It is well appreciated!

  I usually do not eat here very often because my food is usually wrong and hard but for some reason today I decided to try again. Patricia who made my subs had very well manners and made sure everything was all correct and not hard like it usually is. So thank you Patricia, I had a really good experience today!!

  Let me say, Peter is great and has consistently made the best Subway sandwiches I've ever eaten... Peter's subs are what you'd expect from pictures you'd see online or on the menu... Now the young kid with black hair and braces... "Mason" possibly? He is terrible and to say he sucks is an understatement. Kid didnt know what he was doing and his little side comments were unnecessary. This kid was getting overwhelmed and taking it out on customers but also getting distracted. His work is what you'd expect from somebody working there with no training. He needs to find another job because customer service is definitely not his thing. Finally I will say that he charged me footlong price for a 6" sub, but out of respect for the customers behind us, I chose to get out of there as soon as possible. 30 mins to get 3.5 subs... They were running low on mayonnaise and he had the audacity not to put any on my sandwich because there were other customers behind us... made no sense, considering I guess they (customers) could get it, but I couldnt? Instead, he cut up 4 mayonnaise packets to put on my sub. Absolutely insane experience, as I thought we were in the twilight zone... Kid is gunna have a rough life in the real world when it comes time to work for a living... unreal.
