Well when the app says 20 min and you get there in 20 minutes and they say another hour!!! New management needed in a hurry. It was bad last time, but not this bad!

Hi, my name is Devon and I am a Dasher. I’ve been in the restaurant more than a handful of times in the past four days and these guys and ladies are just amazing and I just wanna give a shout out to them and their worked ethic and how they work as a team and how they get the orders out in a timely manner. Also, the managers are on point. They’re really really good. They work with their team and like I said they get the job done so upper management man treating these guys and ladies with the upmost gratitude because they are doing their job and they’re doing an exceptional job so thank y’all for everything y’all done and just keep up the good work

I ordered a Pizza at 8:25 pm. It was to arrive by 9:19pm At 9:45 pm I called to check the status. It took 25 minutes and 3 calls to get someone who was at a call center (possibly not in the US, definitely not at the store) on the phone. That person transferred me to Randy the store "manager". He told me he had no idea when or if my pizza would be delivered because the order had been sent to Door Dash and sometimes they don't accept the orders. He had an attitude while saying this and it sounded so crazy, that in a matter of fact tone (not an attitude because we all know what can happen if you aren't patient with food handlers) I tried to ask a question to be sure I heard what I heard. He proceeded to yell at me about asking about the order (it's 10 pm at this time... almost 2 hours after I ordered). When I could finally get a word in from him yelling and complaining that he was by himself trying to do everything and him not being able to tell me anything except he received my order, I told him I was trying to ask him to just cancel the order. I had to say it twice because he kept cutting me off, so when he finally said he could cancel it I said yes please cancel it. He started yelling again that if I was going to keep getting ill with him, he didn't have to serve me. I had to yell to get him to hear that I said cancel it please multiple times. He them talked out loud through the steps of canceling the order. Mind you, the update thought the email shows the pizza was being prepared. The statuses never showed that it was made. If the status on my end shows prepared, how could it ever get delivered? Anyway, after he cancelled it, I asked for the managers name that is over him. He gave me a name then went on to talk for 10-15 minutes non stop (yes I held on and listened) about how someone scheduled everyone to leave early and he was left alone to answer the phone and make the pizzas and would have to clean up by himself also. That's a lie because I ended up pressing the option to place a new order and got connected to the lady at the call center. She would've taken my order at that point. When he finished complaining, I asked what would've happened if I hadn't called. He said he starts calling people at 11:30 pm if their food hasn't been picked up by then so the orders can be cancelled, but he advised people to pick up their orders and not chose delivery. Everything he said sounded ridiculous at that point and I wanted to hear how ridiculous the story was going to get. This guy has no clue what he's doing and upper management cannot be actually monitoring this store with these issues if there is any truth to his description what seems like this happening often (on his shifts) Needless to say, I will not be ordering anything else from here. I've called corporate and will reach out again via all platforms because something isn't right here. I doubt that my Pizza was even made. I also don't appreciate them not being up front about using Door Dash, a company that is known for drivers taking people's food/not delivering. Contrary to what Randy stated, you do have to refund people's money when you don't prepare their food or deliver it when they choose delivery. If my money isn't back on my card (which he went into detail explaining the amount of time while being so overwhelmed) my bank will be notified and they will get it back for me.checked my bank transactions and find that he charged me a second time for the order, so I will have to follow up with my bank but as Randy knows, I now don't have access to 46 dollars until I can get the refund. We will see if I actually hear back from corporate as the lady in the call center for customer service said I would. Pictures below, the message I got after Randy cancelled the order, the change in delivery time I couldn't get confirmed because Randy decided to yell and talk over me instead of listen, and the original delivery time. (If that's his actual name).

Ordered delivery and it came really fast which was great until I realized it wasn’t cooked. Payed extra to make sure it actually had something on it and half the pizza was bare. Needless to say I’m not happy. This cost me almost $50 for 3 people. I ordered out so I wouldn’t have to turn my oven on in this heat. Only to have to do it anyway because they sent it out doughy. The delivery driver was great though. She got tipped but doubt I’ll order from here again anytime soon.
