Really bad preparation of food. I got the steak and egg bagel and the sauce was caked over the entire thing, the packaging was actually wet with the amount of sauce. The meat was small and falling apart. It felt like someone put a giant glob of sauce on the sandwich and threw it at a wall and served it.
