  Some of the worker's are not very friendly. Well Manger. When it comes to coupons I really enjoyed going to be the other one because they never give you any problems like this one the bogo doesn't work with coupons there then you can go to the other one and they will take the coupons and you get the bogo off to. So my at vice coupons people's just go somewhere else because I will not coupons there anymore because Manger has an attitude that's not friendly

  Meat guy was fantastic! Thats why 2 stars. Went to checkout and customer service lane was the only one open. 3 full baskets ahead of me and mine full as well. 2 managers standing around talking right beside me and not paying attention. Stick to the basics folks...no reason for meetings if you cant be aware of people in line.

  We love this Food Lion! Produce, meats and deli are always fresh! The manager of the deli is extremely organized and helpful. You can tell he works hard. I believe his name was Jeff. To be honest, all of the employees a d managers are wonderful! They are all very helpful. I have asked the produce department a few times for items and within a week they arrive in store. The store is always clean and organized!

  I'm only giving 1 star, because I do not have the option to give zero. December 8, 2025. I stopped by this evening to get some deli meat sliced at 6:15. This is a time I would consider a grocery store's 2nd round of peak hours. I was told by the deli associate the deli was closed. I asked, for future reference, what time the deli closed. I was told, "It depends, you can get meat from the front counter." I looked and found what I wanted, however, the sell by date was the next day. This is unacceptable. I have been on that side of the counter and know what it's like to close the deli/bakery. I did my job, though, and sliced meat when I didnt really want to. I've never been one to complain, but I'm sick of corporations raping us in prices, and then the quality and customer service is severely lacking. I called the store once I got outside and asked to speak to the manager. I was told he was busy. I left my name and number and asked for a call back. I never received that call. Im so tired of dealing with Food Lion. The store opens at 7, but I can't get what I need at 7, because it is so poorly stocked, especially produce and meat. I spend more per month to feed greedy corporations than I spend paying my mortgage. I would love a little appreciation, as in getting what I need, because higher ups live good onthe shopper's dime. I promise Food Lion this, I will take my $1200 per month (on the low end) elsewhere. Publix and Harris Teeter will accommodate me at 6:30 pm, which i am sure is peak time for them too. Produce is always half rotten and the meat selection is horrible anyway. I work way too hard to settle for less that what I pay for.
