While traveling I took my family through the drive through here. Our host, Mary was very patient taking our order and even suggested a few items to add. The food was perfect, hot, and fresh. This place is obviously managed very well. Mary was kind and efficient. I'm glad we stopped there, and I'm glad other people get to experience such fantastic service.

The restaurant smelled dirty! The tables were wet and wiped down with a sour dirty rag.....floor was slippery and greasy, food over salted, order was wrong! Portions much smaller than remembered and instead of fresh lettuce the now use bagged lettuce ( which I can taste and smell) Not sure how much these folks make per hour but certainly too much! Iwould not recommend this location or even Wendy's at this point! While this place was very dirty they do not have control over the other issues mentioned!

We stopped by for dinner on our way to Florida. The staff was friendly however after we ordered we started looking around and noticed that the place was filthy. We should have turned around and left right then but unfortunately we didn’t. The food arrived and was hot, however after I took my first bite of my burger it just didn’t taste right. Unfortunately, I took a couple more bites and then threw it away. By the time we got back to our hotel which was around the corner I barely made it to our room before I was sick. I spent the rest of the night in the bathroom with the worst case of food poisoning I’ve ever had.

Ordered online and then drove over a couple of times. Fist time was breakfast and it was ready when I arrived. Normal quality food. The second visit was no so good. Ordered online, 2 Frosties and a Cinnabon with extra cream. When I arrived there were about a half dozen people waiting in lobby. The three staff (kids) were literally walking like they get paid per step. It was 10 minutes before they started my order. The kid doing my frosties walked the width of the counter once to get the cup, once to add the topping, once to get shake into cup with topping, once again to get a lid. Then he repeated the whole process for the second one. The drive thru kid wasn't much better. I watched him refill the sauce rack by the window one little container at a time. At least he had the box close to him. I felt bad for the shift lead (adult) as she was making food on the food line and hustling. Every order sat until the kids wandered around finishing up the fries, sides or condiments. Plus, I never got the extra container of cream for Cinnabon. Apparently I wasn't the only one having issues. I saw two or three people come back into the counter for something missing or wrong from drive thru. I wrote off the cream and left. Didn't go back since then.
