  This is absolutely the worst McDonald's, if not the worst restaurant experience I've ever had, period. I would give 0 stars if it was an option. I have been many times and every time I wonder why I even gave it another shot. I dont normally leave reviews, but everyone needs to know to avoid this place. If they're the only restaurant open, you'll be happier just staying hungry...

  The staff act like they absolutely despise their jobs and anyone who walks through the door. Asking for something as simple as placing an order feels like you’re personally inconveniencing them. Half the time you can’t even get what you came in for, and every visit somehow manages to be more disappointing than the last. Without fail, I end up regretting stopping here at all. After placing an order for 3 fries the staff responded with “O lord, anything else?” as if getting fries isn’t their main reason of employment. And when they’re supposed to be a 24/7 location, they’re often time closed after dark. 0/10 wish I could leave negative stars.

  This is one of the worst McDonald's I have ever experienced. They consistently don't have enough help. It almost always takes a very long time to receive your food. Highly recommend you avoid this location.

  Used the mobile app for an online order and order was placed at 6:25 and nobody answered at the drive thru as we sat and waited for 20 mins, people behind and in front of us were leaving. We were in between cars or we would have pulled off earlier and left. Keep in mind my mobile order was one kids chicken nugget happy meal. We went up to the window and she came to the window and asked if we had ordered yet and we said yes we had a mobile order and she just walked off. Had no idea what was going on. Absolutely ridiculous and honestly not sure how they are still open. Don’t waste your time. Also there were only 4 people inside the restaurant. Go down the road to Burger King in Woodruff and not sure how they have more than 2 stars on reviews.
