  I came to this establishment around at 9:00PM tonight. Not a single customer inside the building or in the drive thru. I figured it would be a quick grab and go right? Wrong. I ordered a steak biscuit combo with Bo rounds and I was told it would be about a 5 minute wait. I told them that was fine. After sitting there for 20 minutes, I drove around the building to see what was going on and it took a minute for someone to come to the window to tell me that the individual that left, didn't drop my steak into the fryer. I asked for a refund because I didn't have anymore time to waste because I had to go pickup my husband's food and go make sure he was up for work tonight. All manager had to say was "Sorry about that" - it is what it is, but what happened to checking your employees before they leave? This is now the 3rd time me and my husband have had problems. 1st time, husband got a COLD chicken sandwich, 2nd we got the totally wrong order, and now this. We will not be back.

  Love bojangles I get the same breakfast everyday bacon egg and cheese biscuits with tea🙌🏽😩

  3/16/26 I order 2 sausage and egg biscuits 1 steak biscuit 1 chicken biscuit 1 sausage biscuit large seasoned fry and a sweet potato pie got to work and I didn't have the chicken biscuit or fries I called to the location and was talking with the person that answered the phone and they said let me see what the manger says they asked for a receipt number I didn't get a receipt with my order so they asked what did I order and I told them then you hear the phone hang up. I don't know what kind of business the bojangles does but that is very rude I will be calling hq this is bad for business it's a shame

  This place has potential and we used to go quite a good bit but dropped to maybe every other month and now even less than that. You will be asked to pull up whether or not there’s a car behind you. And sometimes you will wait a looooong time. This is common at a lot of Bojangles though. Our last experience that prompted this review is that we went by at 5pm to get a family box with supremes and bone in chicken. The girl at the speaker had to check if they had it (keep in mind this box has nothing special made in it) then came back and said it’d be 20 minutes…… we drove off because clearly they weren’t enthused about cooking. Went to Broncos. It only took them 15 minutes and it’s not even “fast food.” We also ended up saving over $10 because those family boxes at Bojangles are so overpriced.
