I don’t know if the staff is lazy or if it’s a bunch of new workers at this point. I want to start off, the drive through AI thing needs to go. It never gets the order right and is annoying and rushes through the orders. The AI is as impatient as the staff. Whoever was working the window seemed annoyed that we counted out exact change to hand to them and then as soon as our food was out the window it was slammed shut. Didn’t get an opportunity to let the worker know that we were missing honey mustard and silverware. Also, what’s the point in freezing slaw? My slaw is completely frozen. I shouldn’t have to wait for my food to thaw out, that’s the point of going to a fast food restaurant. It taste old and freezer burnt. As a pregnant women as well, who has been craving slaw specifically from this establishment, I’m extremely disappointed and trying not after letting it thaw made me extremely sick. This is absolutely ridiculous. I’m also mad that there was no ice in the teas we got. I counted a max of 5 ice cubes. Thats not as important as actually messing up the order but I’m still upset about it since ice has also been a craving. So the staff isn’t just rude and impatient, but overall just lazy. I don’t think I’ll be coming back here for awhile. Especially because we drive 20 minutes out of our way to be disappointed and waste money. Also to point out we were literally the only vehicle in line, and the only other cars there were parked in staff parking. Please get y’all’s act together.

The best Bojangles I've been to in a while. Simpsonville is usually my go-to. Fountain Inn is alright. The three in Laurens county are subpar.

Can't rate the food because the lady on the front line was angry and yelled for a manager rather than telling us what time we could get the lunch order we wanted during lunch time. Awful experience!

Let me start by saying that I do not typically leave negative reviews, but this one is 110% deserved. I am appaled by my experience here today. I spent over $60 on food, got home and realized I was missing a couple of things, so I returned to the restaurant with my receipt. I walked in and was asked what I needed. I explained the situation and, who I believe was the assistant manager, apologized and said she'd get that for me. As I waited, I heard someone else in the kitchen complaining about having to give me something she had already made. Then she proceeded to say, "A few pieces of chicken isn't worth cussing someone out over." Rude, but okay. Then she pops her head around the corner, looks at me, and says, "I gave you that food. I made that order and gave you that food." I very respectfully explained to her that she may have made it, but it never made it in my bag, that maybe it was given to someone else by mistake. She scoffed, rolled her eyes, and scooted back to her corner. Then I spoke with the assistant again; she informed me that was the GENERAL MANAGER OF THE RESTAURANT. I have worked in the restaurant business for over 20 years. I also have been a consultant for multiple Franchising corporations. This is not how you treat a guest. ESPECIALLY when you're in the wrong. A good and strong leader holds themselves accountable. They treat guests with respect, even if they suspect they are being swindled. Guess what? Less than 1% of people actually act that way. This was your mistake, and it needs to be made right. You have cameras. You can see that I didn't get what I paid good money for. I did enjoy my experience with the other leader on staff. She actually apologized for the manager's behavior.
