  Would give 0 stars if possible... !! Fries are NEVER hot... Service is horrible... You stand at the counter while five employees stare at you... They need management desperately... Who wants to pay $10. + For a meal and it be cold...

  If I could give this place, no stars on service and atmosphere then I would the management is horrible and rude and needs to be replaced. They will argue with you about what you pay for. Won’t give you a receipt to prove what you paid for total scam place is nasty. The food is never made right and again I say the management is horrible.

  This place is awful. No one can do their job, got a LARGE smoothie there the other day and it was genuinely 1/6 of the way full. I looked at the girl in the drive thru and said “is this it” and the girl just looked at me so i said “ok i guess so.” I’m not the type of person to even complain when my food isn’t right or good i’ll just eat it but I paid my hard earned money to not get really anything at all. They wait you in line for so long and just forget about you, it’s not the high school kids fault though. GM there is absolutely awful at her job and takes it out on all of them, she tells them to pull everyone up automatically, then it gets taken out on those kids. I guess it’s to meet her quota or whatever. Another day my boyfriend and I came in and waited for our food for almost two hours, there was a SWARM of people at the counter because everything was wrong, the poor girl there was just trying to keep everyone from getting behind the counter. There’s really no point in going here anymore it’s not a functional restaurant, you’ll either be waiting forever, won’t get the right food or BOTH but one is at least a guarantee. Those kids look TIRED and this place is in serious need of some new management. The seneca one is a little better but eh, I think i’ll save going to mcdonald’s for when i’m not the local area cause these are so dysfunctional. and before you say “follow this link” i already did and so have most people here probably, they still do nothing about it. don’t waste your time eating at this mcdonald’s.

  Most consistently disorganized and dysfunctional McDonald’s I’ve ever seen and that’s saying a bit. I’ve probably fronted 20-30 dollars worth of stuff I’ve ordered that they just couldn’t make.

  This is the worst ran McDonald’s I’ve been to and unfortunately it’s the closest one to my house. Sat at the drive-thru speaker for a good 7 minutes before someone acknowledged that I was there. I ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese and bacon, just the sandwich. The screen didn’t show the bacon. So once I got to the first window and waited through another 5 minutes of the worker screaming at the others in the kitchen, I asked her if she selected the burger with bacon on it and she said said they were out of bacon. I said okay that’s fine I’ll go without and then she said if I wanted bacon I’d have to wait 7 minutes. So which is it? Out of bacon or just have to cook it up? Either way I declined the bacon and took my burger the way it was. Also, I was able to type the whole review while sitting in the drive-thru waiting.
