  While waiting for my order. Which took a very long time. I watched an employee stright up bully another employee until they were bawling their eyes out. Then I watched as this employee who was bawling their eyes get fired. All while waiting almost an hour for my order. The service is horrible. I cannot support a business that allows others to be bullied.

  I ordered the nacho supreme dip and got a big blob of refried beans........ like really! And asked for receipt and did not get it!

  This is the only Taco Bell that I will stop at.The employees are always friendly and the food is always good.

  Went to taco bell last night and immediately after ordering we were sent around to the front to wait on our 3 cheese roll ups and 2 chips and cheese orders. We waited at the front for 38 minutes on our food. Riley, the kid who was working the window was taking orders through the speaker, and also running food to the 16 cars waiting on their food in the parking lot. While he was sprinting from car to car, doing a 5 persons job by himself, the girl inside continued sweeping the floors although the inside had been closed for 2 hours. When our food was brought, I asked him why no one was helping, in which he replied he was the only one on window and the girl was doing the “online orders” while there were clearly no online orders and he needed visible help. This kid was literally sprinting from car to car trying to get food out as quickly as possible. It was horrible to watch. While I would not recommend going here because the wait for pre made food is just absolutely absurd and clearly the staff can’t understand priority, I do believe that Riley needs a raise and everyone should see how hard he was working last night.

  GIVE RILEY A RAISE!! we waited over 30 minutes for 3 cheese roll-ups. there was one young man, taking orders, making drinks, and quite literally sprinting around the parking lot to get people their orders. there were 15 cars at one point waiting on food, and riley was the only person working at all. other staff members were seen walking around the seating area or sweeping, while the parking lot was full of angry customers who repeatedly walked to the door to check on their orders. I will never come here again, and i would never recommend it, but everyone should be fired and riley deserves a raise.
