  Staff is rude just stands at the register, dont ask "may I help you" nothing, food is just thrown together and falls apart when unwrapping it to eat but you have to prep your own food and dont say "excuse me " they roll their eyes and suck their teeth, i asked for sauce packets and was told "damn they right behind you if you look" said there wasn't any out here the reply was "we out den" they are always out of something and the staff are on their phones while half way trying to take an order and the entire store smells like weed , and the employees if you want to call them that, take turns going to the parking lot to im guessing to partake in getting high at work, and the cursing is hilarious, they just dont care. So if you want tacos for dinner? Definitely skip this location store#03297 in west columbia, its more like taco hell instead of taco bell. Save your $ or go somewhere else..

  Great food, crispy soda, not too dirty but the excessive use of cuss words and yelling knocked a star off. Came between meals times so I was surprised the food was so fresh. Good food

  Aint noooo way this place is backed up this bad!!! Yall talking about going to work for Amazon… man make these tacos so we can go!! Aint no way there’s a manager here. Do a better job at delegating task. Its a lot of yall just walking back and forth. No acknowledgements, no heads up, no interaction with customer, no nothing. Less personal.. more business on the clock!! Plus side… kitchen kinda clean.
