  We walked in to eat real quick on our break. It was 9:40 @ 945 after we were already sitting at the table to eat they tried to tell us they close before 10. We were already in a hurry and eating quickly but at 9:55 they cut the lights off while we were still eating. I've worked restaurants and understand wanting to leave on time but cutting the lights off with customers still in the building EATING is just rude and uncalled for.

  This place is impeccably clean! The service was amazing. Smiles and friendly hellos all around, and they take pride in making sure their customers are happy. I’ll be back!

  Terrible experience, placed an online order, when I showed up at the pick up time my order was not there, not ready and not “in the system”, they made it and then gave my order to someone else not even questioning if it was actually their order, similar to how on my arrival they tried giving ME someone else’s ONLINE ORDER until I said “no this isn’t mine”; though I SHOWED THEM my receipt, with my name, their address, and EVERYTHING they assured me “I only work here, it isn’t in my system so you can either wait or leave or cancel your order” to which I said “ok we’ll give me my money back if you’re not gonna make my order”, they’re rebuttal was “just cancel in the app” but I could not cancel cause my food was made and already gone by the time I got there, they were EXTREMELY rude, by the end they made my order and took my info so “if your order does come in well call you and you can pay tomorrow” so I wrote down my info along with my RECEIPT NUMBER where I ALREADY PAID. Needless to say I already contacted customer service….5 hours ago with no response. People, if you wanna quick sandwich and subway is the only thing nearby I guess it’ll do, but don’t get it twisted, “in large” customers are just a number to them, they don’t care so long as they’re “in the green”. Next time you wanna GOOD sandwich see if there’s a Groucho’s nearby, Apollo on top, 45 sauce on the side.

  The people at this Subway are awesome! I love coming here because the place is always neat and clean, and they are so friendly!
