    I placed an order on the Wendy’s website I am a truck driver and I go to this location a few times a week to a few times a month for the past 4 1/2 years. Within the last 2 1/2 years I’m always an overnight customer due to shift. I placed my order and sent it over for prep around 1:45 am - 1:50am. When I got there Harlen the night manager told me they were closed. They advertise a 24 hour service it’s illegal due to false advertisement to tell someone you’re closed for a system shutdown. My order was already received by the restaurant he could have looked at my receipt and made my order. I was baffled and I said u guys need to deactivate online orders when you’re closed. He said there was no way for him to make my order his computer was off and he never asked to see my receipt. I asked him for a refund if he can’t give me my food. He told me to call the mobile services. He was completely dismissive never once attempting to see my digital receipt to make the order. I asked again if there was anything he could print out for a refund to return my money. He told me he couldn’t make my food until after 2:30 am because he can’t see the order while it was clearly listed on the pick up screen so that means the order had already been received. I asked for his name he gave it and condescendingly asked if I needed him to spell it and I told him no I don’t need him to spell his name I need my order and I asked for a corporate number he told me to google the number he was very verbally combative with me but never once attempted to prepare my order nothing was wrong with the kitchen and another employee was behind the counter finishing someone else’s order. He blew me off and was extremely disrespectful. I don’t have my money back nor did I ever receive my order. I was here the night before with no issues. I spoke with the GM Macy this morning she briefly apologized and said she thinks it was just a misunderstanding on both parts and she can’t give me a refund until I physically return to the store. Honestly the way she brushed it off seems like she’s downplaying the whole situation. The issue is I dont even live in SC and I don’t ever plan on giving this location or any other location another dime of my money. I’m currently waiting to speak with a corporate member about my issue. I will also request the cameras be reviewed to see how Harlen conducted himself. This is a Franchise Company I notified corporate but the first contact would is the company’s franchise location and below is the website link. Corporate can’t issue a refund for this franchise so I wouldn’t place any mobile orders with this location. Looks like it’s linked to a SC franchise.

    Went through the drive through sat for about 5 mins nobody came to the speaker seen someone go to the window and get a box… 2 more mins later a female says “May I ask you why you still in the drive through?” I said oh yeah I’m ready to order and she said “I just said the drive through is closed” uhm, no you didn’t Nobody came to the speaker the whole time I sat there and you’re establishment is a 24 hr location. The drive through is NEVER closed. You’re fired. Go home and be lazy. I just worked 16 hrs taking 911 calls. I am THE first responder. Without me you can’t call the police. You can’t call a fire truck and you can’t call an Ambulance. The least you can do is take my order for a chili and a baked potato on my way home. Y’all not even busy. Go Home.
