I don’t know who hired that team in there, but it took 20 minutes just to get acknowledged and I still couldn’t take my order. I know they ain’t making no money like that. Had a much better experience across the street at McDonald’s.

The employees here are extremely rude and disrespectful. Had a young man at the drive through roll his eyes and raise his voice to us because they made a mistake with our order. The manager just stood there and let him act a fool. We understand that fast food is high pace and stressful, but if you can't control your temper,it might not be the best fit for you.

This Wendy's is attached to the Pilot station. The atmosphere reminds me of a food line in a food bank...except one pays. The staff varies in deportment. Some treat their customer like they are handing their daily ration of food on their terms as to how quickly the customer gets it. On the other end of the spectrum, one can get a smile and a polite reaction. The food is standard Wendy's.
