We left... 5 others waiting on food inside and several in the drive thru.. No one even bothered to ask for our order after almost 10 minutes

I have been going to this Wendy's for a bit, but this is the first time I was disappointed. The food I had was very fresh and hot, but there was a big curly black hair in my fries and luckily I got home in the light to see it at the bottom. They need to definitely wear hair nets if they don't because hair in my food is a big turn off for me. I have the rest of the fries to my dog. I checked my burgers just in case but they were fine. Do better with cleaning or put on some hair nets!!!

Went through the drive-thru tonight, and I'm not sure who the guy was that they had working, however, they realized they had forgotten one of the burgers and chased me down all the way across the parking lot to Big Lots to make sure I got it. Everything was amazing.
