I was able to order and pay from work, set a pickup time, and have the smoothie ready to take way as soon as I walked in. Great Job, Tropical Smoothie Cafe!

Not once did they say thank you for tipping as if they were entitled to it, or “you’re welcome” or anything. Lacked basic manners learned in pre-school. Knew nothing about the menu and refused to give suggestions when asked. Worse, they yelled at customers who were simply filming their own friends — a polite reminder would’ve been enough, but instead, they chose aggression. Out of every Tropical Smoothie Cafe I’ve visited across the country, this was hands down the worst experience. Absolutely unacceptable.
