My order was 16 wings and 2 orders of fries, but the fries were barely the size of one order. Ironically, they were the best part of the meal. I had a free reward for cheese sticks with my wings and fries, and I had a feeling they’d be old since they were free—and unfortunately, I was right. The cheese wasn’t even melted, and I picked up the order immediately after it was marked ready. The cheese had already solidified, and the bread was tough, clearly from sitting too long. It felt like they were made when the store first opened and just handed off without care. I also ordered ranch and didn’t get that—or any sauce for the cheese sticks. Just dry, tough bread with cold cheese. Very disappointed. The boneless wings have shrunk too. They used to be decent-sized, but now they’re tiny, hard, and mostly breading. I’m sure the response will be the usual: “Come in and let us make it right” or “We’ll give you something free.” Nah, I’m good. I’m tired of wasting my money and time.

So unprofessional I will never go back.
