Asked about status of tea and employee pointed to the bag. This is after I waited another 10 minutes. Awful customer service. I'm sure the food is terrible. Wouldn't waste my money here.

Even though I placed my order using the app. and already received a confirmation email showing payment the manager refused to issue a refund unless I provided my credit card statement. What a horrible crappy way to treat a customer. This location deserves a real owner with some common sense.
