Placed my order online this evening and pulled up for curbside pickup for what was supposed to be a 3-5 minute wait. 30 minutes later and nothing. After witnessing several other people leave with no food, and other people angry and honking in the drive thru not moving at all, I just went inside. Took another 5-10 minutes inside to flag somebody down to refund my money (since you can't cancel an order in the app). I didn't raise my voice or get nasty or anything just calmly asked for a refund, which they did. Absolutely no apology, or a sorry we are short staffed (they seemed to be very well staffed by the way), or any acknowledgement whatsoever. I don't know why people keep going back to this place. I legitimately hope this McDonalds goes out of business. Guess the joke is on me for waiting so long.

Very rude and disrespectful. Other patrons waiting as well and not a single greet or acknowledgement of their needs. One customer asked for ice and the idiot just pushed passed her as she didn't even exist. Also the whole restaurant smelled like dirty toilet water, so that's 20 minutes of waiting in a bathroom! Felt like its being runned like a trailer park!
