All we got were the chips and burritos. Called customer service, was on the phone for about 30 mins before they said we can refund $4 for the chimichurri sauce we also never got and emailed us coupons to use for the large guac and queso. Just tried using them and they say are not valid. Chipotle is an absolute joke. Customer service is exactly as you’d expect and just wastes time apparently. Truly a disappointing experience even when they tried to correct it. This company won’t ever have to worry about us spending our money at any location ever again. You guys are truly terrible.
