The restaurant is in need of updating and the atmosphere is somewhat depressing. The servers are very nice which makes the rating 3 stars instead of 2.

There were 3 servers (1 of these was also bartending) and few empty tables and over half of the other tables were already eating. It took around 10 minutes to get our drink order another 10 to get our drinks at which time the server took our order. 40 to 45 mi uses later we received our sandwiches mine with onion rings which were cold. I've heard some good things about Bogarts but 1 more chance will be it for me. I know everyone has a bad day so I'll give it a chance. I'll let you know if its any better. I will say our server was very nice the food and the service were just questionable.
