A lady Is making food, but seems completely agitated. Another guy is re-icing the bin. Then when it came down to make my drink, they couldn’t even do that properly. I asked him what is this and he said what do you mean everything that is on the label is in the cup. I said no sir it’s not. Do you see any cold foam, and any rolls his eyes and walks off. If I could shut this place down, I would this is by far the worst Dunkin’ Donuts in history.

In my over 20 years in the United States, this is the first time I have ever written a negative review. I strongly urge the owner to take immediate action and thoroughly review the way service is managed here. The current situation is completely unacceptable.
