The receipt and app clearly show the order was placed and filled at store 5040. There is a pattern of inconsistencies and not receiving the correct order and no change in simply reading a receipt to verify the orders are correct. The $10 upcharge is not worth it to get an incorrect order

There were several mobile orders being picked up and those people did not have to wait so it appears the staff prioritizes mobile orders over people eating in the restaurant. Our order was correct but steer clear of this location - do not recommend!
