I had to ask multiple times for a cup, not the end of the world, but the manager yelled at an elderly couple for wanting to order at the counter instead of the kiosk, then yelled at the employee for trying to help them. Absolutely disgusting way to treat the elderly. Accommodating customers is part of the job, and no one should ever be treated like that. This happens around 10 AM.

When I told her we should have drinks she acted like it was my fault she didn’t bring them. When she finally came back she didn’t say sorry for the wait, just shoved them in the window. As I was driving out she shouted I forgot the straws. I told her I didn’t need them and kept going. Needless to say I won’t be wasting my time and money at this location again.

At the driving almost 10 hours from New Jersey me and my family decided to get something to eat for dinner on our way to Florida and we decided to stop at this restaurant as we pulled into the driveway we was greeted by a automated service which we thought was a real person after about 5 minutes later nobody responded so once we beat the horn a lady approached the the system saying beeping the horn isn't going to make anything faster after the fact that we kept saying hello hello. I would never trust somebody making my food with an attitude like that.
