The GM hung up in my mom face because I know how our pizzas always look. And I’m the one complained about! It had little to no meat on the pizza. He was argumentative and rude soon as he got on the phone. He didn’t give his name, which is understandable. But to hang up on someone who’s is a GM in the food industry herself was disrespectful and incorrect of him. She herself is BIG on customer service and treating them with kindness no matter what. I am in complete shock the GM would behave in such manner. I’m always ordering from dominos and using my points. But yeah he not be getting business from us anymore.
