  Well after reading the reviews I see that I could have saved myself a stop or atleast significantly lowered my expectations... Absolutely the rudest, most unapproachable staff. No greetings and zero attempt at customer service. I inadvertently left an item off of my order. When I pulled around to the window I immediately requested to add the item before my food was handed out...there was no one behind me. The young lady at the window said I could not add the item and would need to drive back through the drive-thru to place a second order. I was literally speechless....I didn't argue and didn't bother to request the manager because she was witnessing the exchange. I contemplated obliging and circling the building but opted to leave.....I can't spend more money in an establishment that allows this level of ridiculousness.

  Food was sitting around and was cold. They had a large number of employees working doubles almost nothing. They were not using the steam tables to jeep th4 food warm l, but instead just sitting it in the window. Laziness due to no caring manager on site. No way I would have my name on the door if that place. Food is good when prepared properly, but a lack of a caring h manager or owner is the difference.

  If I could get zero Stars I would I would never go to this Bojangles ever again the people who work here are lazy and trifling they gave me a chicken supreme combo with no biscuit they gave me mashed potatoes with no gravy which I did not ask for the bo bites were cold when I went back in to tell them they didn't give me any gravy on my messages they gave me a cup of cold gravy and said that they didn't have any more mashed potatoes because they were about to close at 6 something in the evening

  First time trying Bojangles. Stopped by on a 7 hr drive to Florida. Waited 30 mins after they parked us. I had to go into the drive thru again because when I went inside it was freezing cold and no employee at the front to help. They gave us extra tenders because we waited so long but they were rubbery and inedible. Literally the worst experience I've ever had at any fast food restaurant. Zaxby's was way better then again I think I'd rather eat out of a dumpster than try here again

  Ridiculous. Too bad there’s not a zero on here. Waited for 24 minutes for a Country ham and egg biscuit fry and a drink. At least 10 people in the kitchen and working two or three of them were on their phones texting. I was eight inside order. They had at least six cars parked from the drive-through that they couldn’t get their food up fast enough very, very poor management so if they were supposed to be a manager working this morning, they weren’t there or they don’t know their job. The food was excellent once I finally got it
